Art for everyone!

Anna Elisa Sartori, originally from San Giovanni Ilarione, spent my childhood in the high hills of Verona, now part of the Lessinia Park. I grew up surrounded by the colors of the sky, trees, and flowers, in a protected environment rich in beauty, where the mountain community has preserved and passed down traditions capable of nourishing people's imaginations and fantasies. All this fostered my development and artistic sensibility as a painter, both in my training and in my choice of subjects. But the turning point came in fourth grade: during a trip to the seaside, I was captivated by the environment and the work of an artist who used all colors to capture the light of the sea. Thus, I discovered my calling. Among my various qualifications, I also earned the prestigious qualification from the Accademia dell'Arcimboldo in Florence, where I was able to interact with internationally renowned artists. I attended watercolor workshops with Italian and international instructors in both Rome and Bologna. My works include the 72-square-meter fresco created in 2014 with Antonella Burato, on the vault of the church of Locara, depicting "The Beheading and Apotheosis of Saint John the Baptist," the 14 panels of the Stations of the Cross for the church of the friars in Livorno, as well as works commissioned by private clients. For over 30 years, I have worked with my students at the Gioiarte Club in Arcole and in my studio in Lonigo. I teach drawing, oil painting, watercolor, and "modeled" sculpture.
